Mrs Cohen (left) of the Red Cross stands with VFX378 Sister M.J. Hanna, Major O. Smith, and Captain R. Crisp (right) of the 2/1st Casualty Clearing Station (2/1st CCS) outside the convent Terra Santa (or Sancta) which the unit occupied for the Syrian Campaign. The convent was referred to by the Australians as "Sancta Casa".
