Using a paint brush to remove the grime from his M60 machine gun during Operation Coburg is 478877 Gunner James Bruce Taawhi Kerehona of Hamilton, NZ. He is a member of the 161st Battery, Royal New Zealand Artillery (RNZA) and 2RAR /NZ (ANZAC) (The ANZAC Battalion comprising 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment and a component from the 1st Battalion, Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment). The NZ battery is based with the 1st Australian Task Force (1ATF) at Nui Dat.
