Description
Corporal Graham Owens of Moorabbin Vic (centre), explains how to grip a football to two Vietnamese soldiers before a social game of Australian Rules. Looking on is Captain Bill McMahon of Croydon, Vic (left), a former player for Melbourne and Sandringham, and Second Lieutenant Ray Harvey of Box Hill, Vic (right). The two teams called the "Diggers" (privates) and "The Rest" (officers and NCOs) were drawn from Australian personnel at the Headquarters of the Free World Military Assistance Organisation.
