South Vietnam. 1969-07. Discussing plans for a new bridge being built by engineers of the 1st Field Squadron, Royal Australian Engineers (RAE) are Corporal Derwent Hage of Wallaroo, SA (left), and the engineer troop commander Captain Peter Knight of Hermit Park, Qld. The bridge is one of two being built along Route 23 in eastern Phuoc Tuy Province.
