Description
The new Commander of Australian Force Vietnam (COMAFV), Major General (Maj Gen) C. A. E. Fraser, salutes the flags of Australia and Vietnam during an inspection of his guard of honour at Tan Son Nhut airport. General Fraser succeeds Maj Gen Hay, who, after his return to Australia, will assume command of the 1st Division. The new commander is the former Commandant of the Royal Military College (RMC), Duntroon, ACT.
