France. 1918. A distribution station operated by the Australian Electrical Mechanical Mining and Boring Company was situated under these ruins. The cable from the main generating plant at Givenchy can be seen in the foreground. Also in the foreground is a grave containing the bodies of three unknown soldiers. (Donor J.A. Lockrey)
