Baria, South Vietnam. June 1971. The Minister for the Army, Mr Andrew Peacock, gets a close-up view of Vietnamese cooking methods during his inspection of housing provided by Army Civil Affairs for Regional Force soldiers in Baria, the provincial capital of Phuoc Tuy Province. The housing projects, which enable a soldier's family to live closer to his place of work, were amongst Civil Affairs projects Mr Peacock visited during his six day tour of South Vietnam.
