Berthier Mle 07/15 Carbine
Description
Berthier Mle 1907/15 bolt action carbine. Receiver marked Chatelleraut Mle 1907.15 and the butt has the number 10315. The front barrel band sling swivel is missing and the stock has been refurbished with clear lacquer.
History / Summary
The Model Mle 1907/15 carbine was a standard carbine of the French Army during World War One and was manufactured in large numbers both in France and the United States. It was basically a shortened Mle 07/15 rifle.
