WA. Paybook photograph of WX737 Lance Corporal Allan Leonard Harrison, 2/11th Battalion, Australian Infantry. Lance Corporal Harrison, aged 22, died while defending the island of Crete against the German land and airborne invasion on 26 May 1941. He was the son of Allan Knox Harrison and Florence May Harrison, of Northam, WA. He is buried in the Suda Bay Cemetery Section 5, Row C, Plot 11.
