War artist Lieutenant Ken McFadyen of Donvale, Victoria, adds the finishing touches to a painting. His subject on this occasion was mortar troops of the 2RAR /NZ (ANZAC) (The ANZAC Battalion comprising 2nd Battalion, The Royal Australian Regiment and a component from the 1st Battalion, Royal New Zealand Infantry Regiment) engaged on Operation Coburg in Bien Hoa. The operation, which was one of the most successful for 2RAR, was continued by 3RAR.
