Description
Aitape, New Guinea. His head projecting from under his doover (tent) Gunner Jack Randell of South Perth, borrows a light from Sergeant John Bell of Albany, WA. Doover (tents) are little two-man tents, one half carried by each occupant and placed together when being used. Placed over a hole they afford an efficient shelter from rain.
