Cap Saint Jacques, Vung Tau, South Vietnam. 1966-05. General William C. Westmoreland walks across the flight deck of the troop carrier HMAS Sydney, having just alighted from a US Army helicopter UH-1B 'Charlie Brown'. 244 Major General Kenneth Mackay is about to leave the helicopter and another helicopter hovers in the background.
