Description
Blue grey polyester forage cap with bullion RAAF officer's cap badge. The inside is lined in blue polyester and has a maker's label sewn into the back.
History / Summary
Worn by Royal Australian Air Force Nursing Sister N223567 Patricia Helen McCullagh. McCullagh (later Cook) joined the RAAF in 1966 and after postings in Australia, served in Vietnam from 24 October 1967 to 30 April 1969. She served on medical evacuation flights from Vietnam to Butterworth in Malaya, the Philippines and Australia. she also served with the United States Air Force's 902 Air Mobile Evacuation Service to Japan, Korea, and Thailand.
