Outdoor portrait of two members of the AIF Cricket Eleven, which toured the United Kingdom in 1919. Identified on the left is Captain Edward James Long, Deputy Assistant Provost Marshal, Weymouth, from Sydney, NSW, a solid bat and good fielder, and on the right is Captain Clarence Everard Pellew, 27th Battalion from North Adelaide, South Australia, one of the team's best and most consistent batsmen. They are wearing the official team blazer with the AIF rising sun emblem on the pocket.
