Rolls, Maurice Gabriel
Description
Logbooks of Maurice Gabriel Rolls relating to his work with the Royal Australian Air Force during the Second World War. Rolls ferried fighter and bomber aircraft from differnt parts of the northern hemisphere. The logbooks record a list of the aircraft the ferry pilots were called upon to fly between 1942-1945 including the Halifax, Lancaster and Gladiator. The logbooks also record the exact specifications of each of the aircraft. Other items in the collection include newspaper cuttings and Rolls pilot license.
