Informal portrait of Elma Reeve, wrapped in a towel, holding her toothbrush, outside the open shower room which was under the house that accommodated 11 members of the Australian Women's Army Service (AWAS) and the Australian Army Medical Womens Service (AAMWS). The AWAS were housed at the Australian Chemical Warfare Research and Experimental Section camp at Innisfail used for chemical field trials.
