Description
Two British airmen, of No 14 Squadron, Royal Flying Corps (RFC), taken Prisoner of War (POW), with their German captors, of Fliegerabteilung 300 "Pascha" (300 Squadron), in front of an aircraft. Front row, left to right: unidentified; Lieutenant Falke; an unidentified Austrian artillery officer; Gerhard Felmy; Lieutenant C V Palmer, RFC; Lieutenant E A Floyer, RFC; and an unidentified man, identified on the print as the Austrian commanding officer, although he is wearing a Turkish-style hat more typical of German officers serving with Turkish units.
