Charles Michael Wright as a private 6 Battalion (6RAR) and later 2 Battalion (2RAR), Royal Australian Regiment, South Vietnam, 1967, interviewed by Dr Jane Ross for her project "An oral history of Australians in Vietnam"

History / Summary

Charles Wright started his service in Vietnam as part of 1 Australian Reinforcement Unit (1ARU) in February 1967. By March of the same year, Wright joined 6 Battalion Royal Australian Regiment (6RAR) and then transefrred in May to 2 Battalion Royal Australian Regiment (2RAR). His tour ended in August 1967. Wright is interviewed by Dr Jane Ross about his service in Vietnam.
