Three Flying Log Books relating to the RAF service career of Flight Lieutenant John Reginald Williams. Comprising an 'Air Gunner's Flying Log' (entries from February 1933 to May 1938) relating to Flt Lt Williams' service in in the UK, Amman, Ismailia and Nairobi with 40, 14 and 33 Squadrons; a leather bound 'Observer's and Air Gunner's Flying Log Book' (entries from June 1938 to January 1940) relating to service in 223 Squadron (Nairobi) and 9 Squadron (Penrhos); 'Pilot's Flying Log Book' (entries from June 1941 to February 1948), includes details of his UK-based Spitfire flying with 234 Squadron and later transfer to Australia (1944) and service with 549 Squadron and No 1 Kittyhawk Squadron.
