"We Shall Not Fail... We Cut the Coal"
Description
British Second World War poster targeting the everyday person on the home front. The poster comprises an image of Churchill superimposed over the top of a group of seated people (possibly workers or union members), above a series of quotes from Churchill emphasizing that the role the everyday person was playing in cutting the use of coal was just as important as other war-related jobs such as being a fighter pilot or a merchant sailor.
