Battle of the Atlantic...Warwork News No.4
Description
British poster issued by the Ministry for Labour and National Service in the form of a broadsheet titled 'Warwork News'. This is No. 4 and provides information on the Battle of the Atlantic including three photos of a shipping convoy, anti submarine duties and gunners. The overall effect is to remind workers of the vital importance of their role in winning the war and the need for increased effort in the repair of damaged ships and the production of new ones.
