Keep Them Both Flying
Description
Canadian Second World War poster depicting a Hawker Hurricane flying behind a British flag. The title 'keep them both flying' refers to the both the Hurricane and the flag. The poster aims to both boost morale and to highlight the importance of workers on the home front who produced aircraft parts. A major production centre for Hurricanes was the Canadian Car and Foundry's factory in Fort William, Ontario.
