Commissioned by the 463-467 (RAAF) Lancaster Squadrons ACT as part of the Australian War Memorial’s Plaque Dedication Program.

Please Note: Due to Memorial's Development Project, this plaque will be behind construction fencing from mid-October 2022 through to October 2023. During this time the plaque will be unavailable to view.

This plaque was dedicated on 1 April 2000 at a ceremony held at the Australian War Memorial.
