Description
Lieutenant General Hoang-Xuan Lam, Commanding General of 1st Corps and the 1st Tactical Zone covering northern provinces and Major General A. L. MacDonald of Canberra, ACT, Commander of Australian Forces in Vietnam (COMAFV), who officially opened the Australian Advisors Club built for members of the Australian Army Training Team (AATTV) at a cost of $12,000 which was donated by the Australian Forces Overseas Fund.
