Nui Dat, South Vietnam. 1969-01-22. Private (Pte) Ken Stevenson of Penshurst, NSW, applies antiseptic ointment on a Vietnamese baby's sores during a medical aid project at the village of Thai Thien, north west of the 1st Australian Task Force Base, Phuoc Tuy Province. Pte Stevenson is a member of the Task Force psychological operations section, which is aiding Vietnamese near to present areas of Australian operations.
