Baria, South Vietnam. 1969-07. Corporal Warren Flugge of Katanning, WA, shows a young South Vietnamese Boy Scout how to sight along a builder's string while building a brick wall for a new Scout's hall at the Phuoc Tuy Province capital. Each Sunday, volunteers from the 1st Australian Task Force Headquarter Company Other Rank's Mess go to work on construction of the hall with materials purchased from mess funds.
