Baria, South Vietnam. 1969-07. Sapper Eric Lynn of Legume, NSW, receives a helping hand from some South Vietnamese Boy Scouts unloading bricks from the back of a truck, no. 171.730, at the site of a Scout hall being built at the Phuoc Tuy Province capital. Each Sunday, volunteers from the 1st Australian Task Force Headquarter Company Other Rank's Mess go to work on construction of the hall with materials purchased from mess funds.
