Long An, South Vietnam. 1969-08. Adviser, Warrant Officer Class 2 (Aussie) Osborn of South Perth, WA (right), and a member of the Australian Army Training Team in Vietnam (AATTV), watches as a member of the Revolutionary Development Cadre (RDC) dresses abrasions on a Vietnamese boy's forehead, after he had been knocked down by a motor bike. The RDC wear the black garb to identify themselves with the local people.
