Phuoc Tuy Province, Vietnam. 1966-08-10. The Deputy Leader of the Federal Opposition, Mr Gough Whitlam, and smiling children of Hoa Long, in a classroom during a visit to their school. The school, which is near the Australian Task Force site, is being aided by the Australian soldiers under their civil aid assistance programme.
