Studio portrait probably of 2452 Private (Pte) William Wilson, 5th Reinforcements, 22nd Battalion, of North Brighton, Vic, aged 31. Pte Wilson enlisted on 9 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Osterley on 29 September 1915. He returned to Australia on 27 August 1917.
