Description
Studio portrait of 2714 Private (Pte) Herbert Charles Huckle, 6th Reinforcements, 21st Battalion, of Melbourne, Vic (originally of Bedfordshire, England). Pte Huckle enlisted on 19 July 1915 and embarked from Melbourne aboard HMAT Moldavia on 5 October 1915. He returned to Australia on 17 March 1917 as a member of the 7th Battalion.
