Australians of the 30th Battalion making their way along a street of burning ruins in Bapaume, the day of its occupation by our troops. On the left foreground is 2770 Sergeant Arthur Webb (aka Arthur Edwin Hawkey) who later died of wounds on 4 September 1918.
