An unidentified soldier, with fixed bayonet, guards German Artillery guns which were used by the enemy in the defence of the Hindenburg Outpost Line, and captured by the Australian troops in their attack on 18-19 September, parked at Jeancourt. On the right unidentified soldiers are inspecting the guns.
