Reference image only to provide position detail for those named. This image is not for sale. The 46th Battalion occupying the front line of the Hindenburg defence system near Bellenglise. This photograph was taken just before the relief of the 4th Division; the men are cleaning up ready for the move back to rest behind Amiens. Identified are: Sergeant Swallow (3); Lieutenant Britain (4); Private Uren (9); the other men are unidentified.
