Description
A partly ruined house in Peronne, when occupied by personnel of the British Expeditionary Force (BEF) Sub Section, Australian War Records Section, it having been used by them since the capture of the city on 1 September 1918. The buildings were also used as a collecting depot for war trophies for the Australian War Museum.
