Description

The ruins of Folemprise Farm, near Estrees, two days after its capture by troops of the 5th Division. It gave considerable trouble to the attacking Australian troops, who were supported by tanks. After its capture it was used as a Headquarters by one of the Australian Battalions concerned, but, owing to the fierceness of the German shelling, had to be evacuated.
