Description
A reaping machine in a wheatfield between Hamelet and Fouilloy. This haycutting was carried on within 2000 yards of the front line, immediately in the rear of the Australian 18 pounder guns, which were in position where the row of dugouts is seen. The work was occasionally interrupted by shellfire.
