A view of a hill in the reserve area north of the Pont Noyelles-Lahoussoye road, showing the numerous tracks made by troops and horses. This vicinity suffered bombing raids and shelling as these tracks were clearly visible to aerial observers. Note in the background a camp set up on the hillside and two horse drawn vehicles traveling along the road on the left.
