Description
A party of German prisoners escorted by five unidentified soldiers, probably members of the 35th Battalion. The prisoners had been captured in their dugout, by the battalion, during fighting near Bray. Both the German prisoners and the Australian troops are carrying ammunition to the battalion dump. Note a leg is partially visible in the foreground (right).
