An Australian signaller repairing a field telephone in Sausage Valley in the forward area. His mate is sleeping underneath the wagon. The back of the cover over the wagon bears a rising sun symbol with a numeral 2, representing the 2nd Division, and the word 'Cooee'. There is another 2nd Division symbol on the back of the wagon.
