Description

Cinesound newsreel using segments from Department of Information films F01847 & F01848 with commentary by Jack Davey. Shows mortars firing, Wirraway aircraft, General Vasey and United States officers, Brigadier Wootten, General Herring, and native carriers decorated by General Vasey.
