Indian troops in POW camp Rabaul
Description
During their imprisonment by the Japanese, these Indian troops were treated very badly. Food and medical supplies were insufficient and raids had to be made on Japanese dumps to fill the gaps in the rations. Prisoners' morale was kept high with games and physical training.
