Description

The two winding tracks leading down from the crest on Plugge's Plateau which were used by the troops on the day of the landing. Note the remains of the dugouts at right. One of a series of photographs taken on the Gallipoli Peninsula under the direction of Captain C E W Bean of the Australian Historical Mission, during the months of February and March, 1919.
