Tancred (left) is welcomed to the 1st Australian Task Force Headquarters by Brigadier Stuart Graham, Task Force Commander and Lieutenant-General Tran Ngoc Tam, who is Chairman of the Free World Military Assistance Organisation located in Saigon. Brigadier Tancred is Commander of 28th Commonwealth Brigade in Malaysia.
