Description
Dugouts and shelters constructed by Australian soldiers on Walker's Ridge shortly after the Anzac landing. This area is part of a rugged spur leading from the beach a short distance north of Ari Burnu to the heights above the landing area. In the background can be seen the steep sides of a prominent feature known as the Sphinx.
