Group portrait of the 3rd Brigade band known as the 'All Australia Band'. Comprised of members of the 9th and 10th Battalions, it was named the All Australia Band by the former commanding officer of the 10th Battalion, Lieutenant Colonel Maurice Wilder-Neligan, CMG, DSO and Bar DCM (centre front). The band received several engagements, particularly through its role with the Victory Loan promotion. They played at Bath, Tisbery (?) and five days in London. The band returned on HMAT Takada and was disbanded immediately prior to entering Fremantle harbour.
