Studio portrait of 5351 Private (Pte) Harry Fry, 22nd Battalion. A brickmaker from Richmond, Vic prior to enlistment, Pte Fry embarked with the 14th Reinforcements from Melbourne on HMAT Themistocles on 28 July 1916. On 17 April 1917 he was killed in action at Bullecourt, aged 35 and is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial.
