Studio portrait of 2655 Private (Pte) Arthur Henry Flett, 21st Battalion. A painter from Elsternwick, Vic prior to enlistment, Pte Flett embarked with the 6th Reinforcements from Melbourne on RMS Moldavia on 5 October 1915. On 3 May 1917 he was killed in action at Bullecourt, France aged 25. He is commemorated on the Villers-Bretonneux Memorial.
