Lieutenant General Sir H. G. Chauvel presenting the Long Service Medal to Regimental Quartermaster Sergeant A.W.D. McEachern AIC on the parade ground of the Royal Military College. The two other officers are Lieutenant C.C.C. Farran, ADC to General Chauvel, and Colonel E.F. Harrison, Commandant of the College.
