Lieutenant General (Lt Gen) H C H Robertson, Commander in Chief BCOF (standing) smiles as he addresses a group of officers and senior non-commissioned officers (NCOs) at an Armistice Reunion Dinner for British Commonwealth Occupation Force (BCOF) 1914-1918 Personnel, at the Empire Club in Kure, Japan. On Lt Gen Robertson's right is Warrant Officer Class 2 (WO2) Frank Fisher, the organiser of the reunion. Other identified men are Brigadier B E Alderson, the Finance Advisor (second from right), and Major O B Conolly, Commanding Officer of BCOF Amenities Unit (right). Nearly 50 veterans attended the reunion.
